1. Our Services
Faizan Web Solutions provides web design and development services, including custom website design, custom WordPress development, page-builder websites (Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg), WooCommerce stores, speed optimization and technical SEO. The exact scope of each project is defined in your written quote before work begins.
2. Quotes & Fixed Pricing
We work on fixed quotes, not open-ended hourly billing. Your quote is confirmed in writing before the project starts. Scope changes mid-project are flagged with their price and timeline impact before we proceed — no surprise charges.
3. Payment Terms
- 50/50 split: 50% deposit to kick off, 50% on launch and final sign-off.
- The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
- Final files, credentials and ownership transfer after final payment clears.
- Late payments may pause scheduled work until the account is settled.
4. Project Timeline & Delivery
You receive a clear written timeline with your quote. Timelines assume prompt client feedback; delays from late content, late feedback or scope changes extend the delivery date accordingly.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide content (text, images, logos) promptly, or approve placeholder content for replacement.
- Confirm you own or have rights to all supplied content.
- Give consolidated feedback per review round.
- Provide access needed for the build (hosting, domain, admin) when requested.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as stated in your quote. Revisions mean refinements to the agreed direction; a full redesign after approval counts as additional work.
7. Ownership & Intellectual Property
On final payment, ownership of the finished website transfers to you. We may showcase the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before launch. Third-party assets remain under their original licenses.
8. Warranties & Limitations
We do not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, lead counts or revenue. Performance targets are agreed per project and verified before launch. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it. See our Disclaimer.
9. Support & Termination
Support windows are defined per package. Either party may end a project with written notice; deposits are retained for work begun, and completed work beyond the deposit is billed pro-rata.
